Global Hospitals launched in Mumbai in 2013, We started working with Global Hospitals parel since 2014.
We Started work with a small radio campaign of 5 lacs only, Also executed Print and outdoor campaigns or the brand.
Worked very closely with the Business development team to understand the response region wise and department wise like Cardiology department, Neurology department, Orthopaedics department.
After understanding that response was more for speciality treatments and from across Mumbai, we increased budgets on radio upto 2cr per month only in Mumbai.
Daily responses was monitored with the sales team, After a year the client expected higher response with same budget, We Introduced a character called sister Florence in the creative which became very famous within radio listeners and also the responses per day increased by 30%.
The clients objective of bed occupancy, number of surgeries and also brand recall was achieved a year prior to the set target.
